Every opportunity is a good opportunity to “move more”!
  • Scroll to walk to work or leave the car in the parking lot further away from their place of work or get off the bus one stop before your destination;
  • Avoid the elevator and escalators and use the stairs more often;
  • In your workplace avoid sitting more than 30 minutes using the computer;
  • In the week-end in the morning jog on the beach or in the field;
  • Gather family and friends and take a walk through the parks maintenance of your city or even by the parks;
  • Make use of cycle paths, promenades for cycling and walking.
Spontaneous physical activity: the whole body movement to which is associated with energy expenditure, such as gardening, climbing and descending stairs, washing the car, walking the dog, cleaning the house (washing windows and stairs).
Exercise - defined as all activities planned and structured, as in fast-paced walking or jogging, rollerblading, cycling, dancing, swimming, water aerobics, canoeing, tennis, basketball, soccer, climbing, yoga, martial arts …
To start losing weight you do not need to make violent physical exercise, or long hours in the gym. During our day-to-day we are exercising without realizing it. if you need to lose weight you have to do more exercise, but this does not mean you have to do hours of training. Sometimes just a few small changes in our daily routine can make all the difference, for example go to the bakery on foot instead of car, using stairs instead of the elevator, go to work on foot or by bicycle if the distance is not very extensive. These are small changes in your routine that can help learn how to lose weight fast, and with a diet to lose weight fast you cannot lose.
