“I want to get rid of all these tires, so the fat is my enemy.” Right? WRONG!
Fat is an essential component. What you should do is distinguish
between healthy fats and bad fats. Refrain from eating processed fats in
bakery products and fried foods. Limit your intake of saturated fats --
animal proteins (but remove the fatty parts of beef) -- and increase
your intake of monounsaturated fats
available in olive, avocado, nuts (walnuts), and most importantly,
beneficial fats like omega-3 exist in fish (especially fatty fish like
salmon, herring and mackerel) and flaxseed. Fat is an important source
of energy.
The membranes of cells depend on a certain amount of fat to function
properly. The brain also needs fat. Why cannot completely eliminate fat
without negative consequences that result. While improving its
appearance in the long run this option will impact negatively on your
body.
You
should therefore find the right balance between the needs of your body
and the amount of healthy fat intake. Limit your intake of harmful fats
and increase intake of foods that contain beneficial fats. Thus, not
only benefit your overall health and will be working to improve your figure.
Many young people are obsessed with their physical appearance,
developing a “fat phobia” and deliberately eliminating all fats from
your diet. This strategy creates problems in the long run since the body
will eventually literally “break” due to lack of energy required to
perform its biological functions. If you eliminate all fat and while you
exercise excessively in order to be as thin and lean as possible will
only give rise to a new problem.
