We have seen that all nutrients
are essential for our health and in what proportions we should we in
our food. But to see what we’re doing wrong, we must also realize what

the amount of energy present in what we eat is greater than the amount
of energy that we spent in day-to-day, the excess calories will be

number of calories we eat and the pounds we can win or lose. If we keep

of each person depends on a number of factors, and only by analyzing all
variants can we estimate how many calories each person should eat each

We shouldn’t therefore look for foods as good or bad, as have many or
few calories. Its nutritional component is very important, and it is
also important to eat from time to time some elements that, although
poor nutritionally and calorically rich, give us pleasure. With due
regard, weight and measure, all we can and should “prevaricate” and
compensate for these excesses with a small increase in physical
exercise. That is why athletes can eat a plate full of mass and don’t
get fat. In fact, if they do not eat that plate of pasta, may well not
even able to play their sport.
Do not look at food as black or white, good or bad, obligatory or
forbidden. The possibilities in food are endless, and we must take
advantage of them, combining variety, quality and quantity with a good
dose of imagination and pleasure. Anything is possible once we know what
we are eating and if we fail to incur the mistakes that most people
make a habit and / or ignorance we can have the perfect diet to lose weight fast just for us.
